I Got Stood Up

Today I was suppose to meet this girl for dinner and she did show. I drove for 1 hour just to see her. On Friday she had meeting at work so she cancelled and Saturday she a had wedding to go to but she gave me few days notice so that why we were going out on Friday. Then today she e-mailed me and said her friend was sick in the Hospital and she had to stay with her. The thing is how can I know if she's telling the truth ? I am giving her one last chance and if she can't make it I'm done with her. I feel down once again.

That sucks , I'm sorry to hear it Eric. Give her one last chance, though, because if she's the type who'll stay in hospital with a friend she's good people. Someimtes shlt really does just come up, so there's a chance she's not lying. But maybe for the next date arrange to meet her halfway, or organise something else fun to do just in case she doesn't show.
