VACATION

WELL, WELL, WELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL .....

Almost 40 days on vacation. Isn't it fantastic?

What do you like to do in your vacation?
Sleep all the time?
Sports?
Video game?
Go out with your friends?
Travel?
Or you are like SilverSpoon: "I hate vacation"?

Me... I went to Rio de Janeiro beach at the beginning of my vacation.

They are my friends.
Did you understand all of you?
FRIEEEEEEEEEEEEEENDS!!!

For the second week, I went to pantanal.

The nature there is marvelous.

At home again, played my playstation2 until my fingers hurt.
Yes, yes, yes ... I also saw Brazil loosing the World Cup. Too bad.
But anyway, I loved my vacation.
What about you? what do you do in your vacation?

You have 40!!!! days of vacation??? To just do nothing. Dont you have your radio station to do.

I dont have 40 days, I have some weekends. I went to disney world last weekend. That was kinda fun. I will have about 2 weeks of do nothing vacation starting on the 11th. At which time I plan to sleep a lot and I have to plan to move. At the end of the month I will be moving out of my apartment. Moving all my stuff will not be fun.

And Val you ought to have posted a larger pictures, its only apt forum etiquette when posting things like that.

Oh come on Rory ... I deserve man!

Normally, vacation is for 30 days. But I had more 10 days off, given by my chief here in the radio by an extra work done by me a long time ago. So I decided to join them in my vacation and my chief said yes!
Make sure man ... were good vacations! GOOD VACATIONS!

Me too

I went to visit my brother and his family in Rio de Janeiro but we didnt spend much time there. We went to Foz do Iguaçu to see the Iguaçu falls (beautiful). Spent a few hours in Cuidad del Este across the border in Paraguay (interesting place

) and then we flew on to Buenos Aires.

I only had 12 days though, nowhere near long enough

I picked the wrong time to go too, the weather was a lot better in England than it was in Brazil - I dont think you can say that very often

Vacation is when you have no job, nothing to do, like saturday and sunday are a small vacation. My vacation started 20'th june and will end 9'th august, wich is like around 49 days, but badly for me 9'th august is in 2 days... Back to work. ZzzZzzZZzzZ

If Brazil gets the host berth for the 2014 World Cup, i'll probably be there(my step dad is from Brazil and I speak portuguese pretty fluently)

Last time we stayed in Sao Paolo, visited Porto Alege and Rio. Beautiful women, good food, beautiful scenery, good placers to party, history, beautiful womenand futebol. From what I remember it was during the qualifiers and Brazil lost a game against Ecuador.

For the mean time i've be outlining 2 "future" trips. One with my girlfriend to Cuba(probably will never happen) and another to Switzerland and surf the Matterhorn mountain. There are no cars there and it's only accesable by train. The town sits in the valley of the Matterhorn and some other mountains and the Gondola go to Italy and Swiss slopes.

I went down to the baeutiful texas coast and rode along 800 miles up and down the coast for 9 days, from san antonio to port aransas then from port aransa to rockport, galveston and then back along all the ay down to corpus christi and south padre island. I rode a jet ski, paragliding, kayaking and fished, fished fished a lot, It was a fun time.

my dream is to someday visit cuba.
