I love Easter

You are completely missing the point of Easter. It's an excuse for public holidays. Easter bunny didn't give me public holidays Jesus did. I love you Jesus.

Kids should not be in church. Last week some kid kept scraping at my back and screaming things. I mean, I know I had dried mud on my coat, but can't the parents control their kid? They tell him to stop when he screams, but when he's touching other people they just let him. F*cking ass parents, man.

We get Good Friday as a public holiday and Easter Monday. I have no idea what Easter Monday is all about but I don't feel a burning need to question the day off.

Is it because Easter Sunday is obviously not a work day, so they created an extra day's holiday to compensate.
Whatever, I don't go to church, so it's all about the time off and the chocolate.

Yeah, Easter Monday is a weird thing. There's also Thanksgiving Monday, which is there for essentially the same reason as Easter Monday. I think every holiday should have that extra day of nothingness so we can reflect on what just happened.
