Which Next-Gen Gaming System should I get?

What type of games do you like to play? Are you more of a first-person shooter, hardcore online gaming, strategy buff? Or do you like to play third person, tactical, in-depth story, vast gameplay, with the addition of online play as well person?

The PS3 has good games for it both 3rd and first person, but if you're an online hardcore player then the X360 is for you. Final Fantasy 13 is coming out on the Xbox360 as well, so if you are hesitant because of that, don't be.

The PS3 will have the sequel to Shadow of the Colossus, GOW3, M.A.G, the new MGS, Drake's 2, and some other games. I hardly play online video games or video games for that matter, but I do have PS3 and I play games when I am in the mood to play. I mostly use it for the blu-ray player though which is kick-ass!

I pretty much play anything across the board, but have been wanting to give the online gaming world a spin ever since the original Xbox came out.

Lol, you've been waiting all this time? You should at least give it a spin before you invest in something you might not like. I would definitely find a friend who has an xbox and online and ask him if I can play it for a week or so before I buy. The PS3 has blu-ray inside and is a gaming/internet machine so I find that well worth the current price. But you should just test try and get out a pros and cons list then go from there.

Looks like I'm going to get a PS3 this weekend first since they just knocked off another $100 off of it today.

And I'll definitely be getting "Grand Theft Auto IV" first, also going to try & swing it so I can also get "Ghostbusters: The Video Game" too.
