| Get some! ![]() ![]() ![]() | I'm going to install another version of XP on my desktop PC and I have a mess of files that I know are duplicates from the internal and external HD. If anyone knows of a programme that can search and compare files by size to select and delete duplicates, I'd appreciate it. Danke. PS: I've searched for some, but not really sure which are spyware-free. ![]() |

| Cannot live without Love ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I'm using fdupes, but it's for Linux. In the past, Check Identical Files has done a good job for me, but it's shareware ($30). If you want to be sure there's no spyware, try an open source application. Some suggestions: http://sourceforge.net/projects/dufis/ http://sourceforge.net/projects/filedb/ |
