does anybody understand flac..?

Okay, i'm totally crap at this sort of stuff, basically my aim is to turn the music from this page http://www.archive.org/details/jmaye...1.trak2.flac16 into a CD so i can listen to it and also make a copy for my friend.
It lets me download but nothing on my computer plays/supports flac (whatever that is). Just any help would be appreciated!!!
