Saving Flash Videos

Is there a program which can capture and save to disk, a video displayed via a flash plug-in or other flash video player? I'm not talking about YouTube and there is no (obvious) way of saving it in the player.

Depends on the ability of the webmaster. There are videos so easy to save (like Youtube) and others very very tricky.

Is there any chance to know the "hackeable" website?

[Censored] is an easy one. All flash videos are saved into your browser's cache folder. You just have to recover them from there.

There are and have been programs and sites that make possible this job. But they're volatile. I've always done the old way: cache folder, copy, paste and rename.
