Streaming video question

On many websites streaming video is reserved for US only, people in other countries cant view it.

Does anyone know a way around this block; a proxy or something that will let everyone view it.

I can only think in a proxy. But there's a problem with free ones: bandwidth.

If I was a fan of US-only streaming media, I would consider paying for a good proxy service.

Or you can build your own proxy (of course, must be located in the US) and let people view videos "through you". But, again, you would need a lot of (upload) bandwith.
