Can someone please explain these 2 RapidShare associated programs to me & if they really work in bypassing the free user wait times.

I know nothing about those apps. But wait times are based on IPs. Bypassing them is just a mather of changing your IP. It has recently worked for me, with Megaupload.

But I'm aware that changing your IP can be tricky on cable connections (it's easier on DSLs: just disconnect and reconnect). And impossible with static IPs, of course.
