Like with the xbox, can you splice an computer hard drive into the 360?

You mean add a secondary hard drive? For what purpose?

like my xbox i had two hard drives for it, i connected my pc's hard drive that i had downloaded certine programs to. And it activated certine macros when i turned my xbox on the 2nd hard drive. Is the 360's removible hard drive able to work the same way?
