Creating links

How do you guys create those links where you post a pic and do this:

Do i have to insert html code into my blog?

You want to post a picture that has a link in it? In HTML for a blog or on this board?

it's exactly what i was asking...Thank You open!

Where would i put the link in the html code to get it in the right spot? I'm just learning to work with html code. Is there a certain way to know the correct place to put it?

And it's for my blog on Blogger.

If you type a paragraph of text, you can open or close it with a break (<br). Putting the image code right after the break will put the image on the line below the text, automaticly left alligned. To change that align="x".
