Need help with Malware invasion

Im zapped with a malware trojan.

Can anyone help. ? I just got Mcaffee ..and its not helping. What a nitemare

Need more information, whats it called. Or whats it doing.

Its called a back door Trojan.. a psw.x-Vir. It gives me porn pop ups, slowing my pc down by 47 % this little yellow triangle keeps flasing me a warning..and than tons of adware wants me to down load stuff. The other nite when you gave the anti vundo.dll my comp ran a lot better but it seems this other trojan, was "under" it.

I did both links.... the first one was fought by the malware lol..so I did the 2nd... 5 hrs later OMg between your 2 links and my stupid lil Mcaffee ..Its done .. So far.. Rory Ty . Once again... You are FHN' S MVP . Im blown away by your constant kindness.
