I have a Mac desktop and I like the Mac so I'm considering moving to one of the new Mac laptops that can also run the XP operating system. Does anyone know anything about these dual operating system computers? |

Also its a hack that allows it to run windows, the hack is made by apple. It doesnt come on the computers. The new Macs that run the Intel chips and the windows OS may be able to get comon virus, also theres freezing. I also hear about 25 GB may be used between the Windows OS, the Apple OS, and the Boot Camp software thats required. But from what I have heard there still good computers. Perform almost as well with ether OS and with the bootcamp you get the choice which OS on startup. PC,s are ususaly cheaper and if you use windows on the Mac you may be giving up all the things that make them naturaly better. Even though I like the way Mac perform, I still usualy go with PC's. Main reason, cheaper, upgradeable, and easy to fix. Last edited by open32 : 10-20-2006 at 05:54 PM. |
