Default emoticon trouble

when i first got this laptop and had access to it, the emoticons would move. but now, i dont know what it is i did, (i didnt really do anything) but they wont move. is there a setting where can make motion come back to them?

What emoticons? Where, you mean as icons on your desktop or the ones on this board, on all online emoticons?

You dont see thse three moving?

i mean the emoticons on fanhost. sorry for not being too descriptive.

and to answer your question...nope, i cant see those 3 moving :(. i used to...but not anymore.

Hmmm, have you tred other sites? I can't find any reason for Fanhost's to not be moving, but I know you can turn them all off in some browseres.

If your using IE go to Tools>Internet Options>Advanced and scroll down to 'Multimedia' - there should be an option to 'Play Animations in Web pages'. I cant think of anything else that could cause this...
