Fantasy Football Time!

I started our fantasy football league for the year. Anyone who wants to play needs to let me know. The only thing I ask is that if you commit to playing you don't disappear halfway through the season. I expect you to keep an updated roster all year, and to check in at least 1-2 times each week.

We should have enough teams easily, because I've got 4 guys from my fantasy baseball league who are willing to join. I created a public league for baseball and only half the teams stuck around. These 4 guys have stayed active all year thus far. So counting me we're already up to 5 teams.

It's be a lot like last year:
Head to Head
12 teams (hopefully)
to 6 make playoffs
autodraft
2 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 TE/WR, 2 WR/RB, 1 DEF, 1 K, few Bench players
The biggest difference from last year will be the lack of individual defensive players. I liked trying something different last year, but didn't really think it added much fun value.

I already sent you the info in a PM. Go ahead and sign up, but hold off on letting your dad in. I want Fanhost members to have first dibs, but if we need another player (and we very well could) I'd be more then happy to let him in.

I just got done doing the League History. You can now check out who won our leagues all the way back to 2002. It'll show the 1st, 2nd & 3rd place finishers. Just look for a button called "All Time" next to the standings button.

2002 - Giant Killers
2003 - Giant Killers
2004 - The Great Ones
2005 - NewEnglandOperators
2006 - The Great Ones
2007 - Little Blue People
2008 - ????

Ox: I just PMed the needed info over to you, glad you'll be joining us again. However I think you should know I held back in our playoff game just to keep it close & interesting. :p

misterx91578: I'm not familiar with you, but if you promise to stay active all season I'll send you the needed info if we need another team. (we probably will) I'm still waiting to hear from a couple people who are regulars in this league though. I don't want to give their spot away until I hear from them.

Counting myself we've got 4 already signed up. I've got 2 people that still haven't signed up from my current baseball league that said they want in. Mo & Ox haven't signed up yet either. That gives us 8 of the needed 12. While we're still waiting to hear from Snake, Seph, etc...

Ok Ophelia go ahead and tell your dad to sign up. I heard back from a couple here at Fanhost. Looks like the well has run dry here. Still have a couple people though I'm going to attempt to get. We will get at least 10, probably 12.
