| What a bad month its been for Jeff..... Sat. Martch 15 news>>>More bad luck for Jeff Hardy Reports that Jeff Hardy's house in Cameron, North Carolina burned down last night. Thankfully, neither Hardy or his fiance were home during the fire, but all of the wrestler's possessions were destroyed and his pet dog was killed. The cause of the fire remains undetermined. This unfortunate incident comes less than a week after Hardy was suspended by WWE for sixty days. Matt Hardy who first noticed smoke caused by the fire that burned his brother Jeff's home to the ground on Friday night. Matt - who owns a house located on the same property - called for help immediately upon discovering the fire, but neither Jeff's dog nor any of his belongings could be saved by that time. In his daily update at WrestlingObserver.com, referred to the blaze as a "forest fire"; the exact cause of the conflagration has yet to be determined. |

Captain Bruner of the Cameron Fire Department told the celebrity gossip website that the Moore County Fire Department has ruled the cause of the fire to be “undetermined.” Bruner also said that the blaze was “paged out as a wildfire” at around 11:30 PM Friday night because citizens could only see the fire through some woods. Another call was made to firefighters just a few minutes later, naming the Hardy residence as the specific location of the fire. When firemen arrived on the scene the home was “fully engulfed” in flames. Foul play on the part of Hardy is not being investigated because Jeff did not have home owner’s insurance. Hardy’s home was a double-wide trailer that served as a palette for his artwork both inside and out. I talked to numerous high ranking WWE officials yesterday evening and the word making rounds through the company was that the cause of the fire was because of a wildfire, however, that does not appear to be the case now. |
