Cech was awesome, both keepers had great games. Seeing an England player miss and lose by pens; somethings never change!

the pain is slowly going, my manu friends texting me and friends that dont even like football to diss me is really helping, Im gonna go to college friday and get horrible bashed, but i will hold my head high!

lol, can't wait for next season when i'll go to alll the home games

My hubby has to work in Manchester tomorrow... I wonder what will have happened to those Chelsea flags the Scousers put up.

its definetly still there, but I survived the 1998 dutch blow, i can get through this

The worse feeling about penalties is losing when you know you played an overall better game. True Manchester dominated the first half, mainly because Avram is a moron and it took him 35 minutes to notice you just can expect to kick long balls and wait for a deflection and bank one in. Manchester had territorial posession and it's almost impossible to get in rhythm when you're just staying back and countering. When they actually pushed the lines forward they created chances and got the goal.

Second half was much better for them, Cristiano totally dissapeared and Chelsea had a crossbar and a couple of other scattered dangerous plays. Great game by Lampard/Essien/Ballack and also the CB's.

To be honest I don't feel sorry for Terry missing the penalty as I wasn't when Raul missed against France in the Euro's. Baggio missing against Brasil was kind of horrible tho as was Riquelme against Arsenal in the semi's of the CL.

The first half man utd should have been 3-0 up, but allowed chelsea to come into the match in the 2nd half of which they were the better side. Extra time was fairly evan i thought, then penalties which is a lottery to decide who wins.
