CODY RHODES vs. SHELTON BENJAMIN Nice to see Cody win but damn shelton has gone down the ladder quickly. D.H. SMITH vs. CARLITO Missed most of it for another tv show I watched. BETH PHOENIX vs. CANDICE MICHELLE Actually wasnt into this match. I like beth but she has ZERO charisma. She really needs to feud with Victoria NOW. SHAWN MICHAELS & IC champion JEFF HARDY vs. MR. KENNEDY & WWE champion RANDY ORTON Good energy in this match, nice ending too. Overall raw was soso tonight. Really shocked at the Candice injury. Thought sure it would be a neck injury but as I type this its her shoulder. Hopefully she will be ok. Cyber Sunday looks to be a soso PPV, may order it, dunno. |

| The Wicked One ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I'm worried about my girl Candice after that fall she took. When she hit you could see that she didn't know where she was. I heard the ref tell Beth Phoenix to pin her and end it now. He shouldn't have let Beth drag her by the head across the ring because he knew she could have a neck injury. Hopefully she just got idled and not injured. The main event was a really good match! Santino cracked me up when he said that if Austin messed up he was going to open a can of ass whip LOL Last edited by SMG Rules : 10-22-2007 at 11:36 PM. |

| Member of Sylar's Army ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | some news WWE’s plan has been to hold off on Chris Jericho’s return until Sunday’s Cyber Sunday pay-per-view. However due to the recent decline in ratings the USA Network has asked that WWE save his return for RAW. USA President Bonnie Hammer has made suggestions in the past, but WWE creative has been reluctant to use them. Prior to Kristal Marshall’s release from WWE last week, there had been many complaints about her work. Marshall is also said to have rubbed many people backstage the wrong way. WWE.com has confirmed that Survivor Series will be the event that will feature the return of Edge. The official web site has centered the promotional push on the returning superstar. WWE has just announced that a Divas Halloween Costume Contest will take place next Sunday at Cyber Sunday. Candice, Maria, Mickie James, Melina, Jillian, Lilian Garcia, Victoria, Torrie Wilson, Michelle McCool, Kelly Kelly and Layla are scheduled to participate in the contest. For those that have asked, former WWE Champion John Cena is confirmed for the Celebrity Apprentice reality series that will be airing on NBC. (makes me wonder if his injury was as serious as they were claiming) Cena was seen selling hot dogs in new york as part of one of the shows bits. While details are not immediately available, it appears as if Candice Michelle was injured during her match on tonight’s edition of RAW against Beth Phoenix. The injury occurred as Candice was on the top turnbuckle and landed face first after Phoenix shook the ropes, causing Candice to lose her balance and fall hard to the ring canvas. The match immediately went to a quick finish as Beth covered Candice for the three count and the win. Following the match the referee threw up the X signal, notifying medical personnel that a real-life injury had occurred. Medical staff rushed to the ring where they tended to Candice. She was able to sit up briefly where they gave her a bottle of water before it was determined that she needed a backboard. Candice was loaded on a stretcher and taken out of the ring. She was rushed to the hospital where she will be evaluated for a possible shoulder injury. WWE.com will have more on Candice's condition Tuesday morning. PWInsider.com is reporting Candice Michelle was diagnosed with a concussion and a broken collar bone following the scary bump she took on RAW last night in the match with WWE Women's Champion Beth Phoenix. In related news, Candice did a similar spot at a WWE RAW event in Ireland last week. Towards the end of the match, Candice was on the top rope and when Beth tried to crotch her, she missed the top turnbuckle and slipped to fall face first on the mat, almost landing on her head and neck. That match saw a quick finish as well with Beth pinning Candice. WWE.com has posted videos of Candice backstage after the incident. No word yet if she will still be appearing at the Halloween Costume Contest at Cyber Sunday this weekend, but as of this writing she is still listed for the match on WWE.com. |

| Ya Rly! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | They shouldn't debut Jericho on a PPV that not many people will buy. It would be best to do it on the RAW right after, since RAWs after a PPV tend to have higher ratings, since people who didn't order it want to find out what happened and where the show will go from there. The tag match was pretty good. Looks like they could be starting a storyline with Mickie and Trevor Murdock, based on her expression at the end of the match. Cade sure knows how to throw a closeline. Candice fell HARD. That was scary. It was shaping up to be a pretty good match, too. You don't see women doing 2 out of 3 Falls Matches in WWE. Hopefully they'll get to do more after Candice recovers. Beth vs. Victoria - Last Woman Standing? Beth definitely lacks charisma, and her elevator music intro doesn't help, either. Santino is now the bright spot of RAW. The guy is just absolutely hilarious, and his ring work isn't that bad, either. "I'll open a can of ass-whip SO BIG, and spread it all over your big fat head!" Maria looked especially gorgeous tonight, too. Must be the lack of CM Punk The only downside to this storyline is that Austin will show up and quickly bury him.Push Jeff Hardy! |

| Member of Sylar's Army ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | i'm thinking the thing with candice is that it was some new move she was trying to do. and by move, one where it looked like she got hurt for the sake of the match. from what i read she had already done this little slip off the turnbuckle while in europe at a house show. which are usually the places that wrestlers practice new moves out or show off new moves to the crowd and then later they show them off on tv or ppv. but she came out of that fine. so she does the same move on raw and she didn't land it right and looked what happened. i don't see her doing that move anymore. and beth phoenix should have not grabbed candice by the head and pulled her. she should have just left her there and gone for the pin and then backed away. great news about ecw. i'm sure it had something to do now that SD and ECW are sharing guys. i'm just wondering if it'll end up being like raw and SD used to be. where you would have to watch both shows to keep up with the storylines. all the giant guys showed up on ecw tonight. kane, big daddy v, kahli, and mark henry. more news Stephanie McMahon blew up before the No Mercy pay-per-view a few weeks ago regarding Chris Jericho being revealed as the SAVEUS campaign. She was really interested in keeping the return a surprise, thus was very upset it leaked. Her reaction was to run all the company cell phone records of the writing team as well as do a forensic check of their computers and e-mails. This is not the first time this has happened, as events have led to this in the past, but they did not find a guilty party. Some writers were using their company cell phones to make excessive private calls and they got reamed for it. Several of the writers were said to be upset because they have been under added stress recently with having to completely re-write the No Mercy pay-per-view one week before the show due to John Cena being injured. They felt it was not fair they were getting blamed for the information being leaked. Stephanie is now talking about revising contracts that would disallow creative team members to speak out publicly and to specifically state that they don't have any ownership to their ideas. She also wants their contracts to ban them from being able to talk publicly after they are no longer with the company, about their experience with the company, or talk about the impressions of talent or anyone they met in the company. This would keep someone from going to TNA and sharing their WWE ideas. The latest word is that Candice Michelle will be out of action 6-8 weeks (longer than initially reported) with a cracked clavicle. Below is the official report from WWE.com: The following is from WWE.com: Candice Michelle was injured after falling from the top rope in her match against Women's Champion Beth Phoenix on Raw. She was rushed to a local medical facility where it was determined she suffered a cracked clavicle. Further tests are currently being conducted to rule out any other possible injuries. Candice will be out of action 6-8 weeks. As previously reported, advanced local advertisements are promoting the Survivor Series main event as Triple H & Shawn Michaels vs. Umaga & Randy Orton. It should be noted that the only thing that these advertisements mean are that at the time that they were made, this is the direction that WWE planned on going in. As we have seen over the past few months with injuries and other storyline changes, everything is subject to change as we get closer to the event. Survivor Series will take place on November 18th in Miami, Florida. The reports coming from TNA mobile that Scotty 2 Hotty, Brian Christopher and Too Cold Scorpio may be in negotiations with TNA are totally false. The company is using their text messaging service to do nothing in this case but stir up talk and buzz for the company. (desperate, aren't they) As announced on ECW last night, the main event for next week's ECW Sci-Fi broadcast will be The Great Khali vs. Mark Henry vs. Kane vs. Big Daddy V in a Monster Mash Battle Royal. Khali and Henry made their ECW debuts last night, interrupting the Kane vs. Big Daddy V match. It looks like WWE is going ahead full force with the SmackDown and ECW talent exchange, which may be a good thing for the two brands. The latest reports out indicate that Lashley will likely be returning from shoulder surgery in December. There is talk within WWE about a trade of sorts where Mark Henry would go to RAW and Umaga would go to Smackdown. Vince likes the idea because it will provide for fresh opponents, and also likes the thought of an Undertaker/Umaga feud. The plan for Henry would be to feud with Cena. The Boogeyman has been out of action with a calf injury since we last saw him on WWE TV. He is expected to return to ECW sometime in November. |

| Ya Rly! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Okay, so Stephanie is pissed because people have figured out that SAVEUS is Jericho? How can she be sure it's a leak? Most people have analyzed the promos to death and figured out that all the signs pointed to Jericho returning, which people have been desperate for since he left. God, that woman really is an idiot. She thinks that the fans are retards who forget history just because creative is. It's not like the building WON'T explode when his name pops up on the titantron. Since they know it's Jericho, they'll be anticipating it even more. |

| The Wicked One ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Steph is hot but I don't think she's the smartest knife if the droor. Anyone with half a brain can see that it's Jericho. Also word is that there was an incident on the European tour last week between Undertaker and Chris Masters. It was Taker and Kane taking on Finlay and Master and Undertaker was working on Master's arm. Masters tagged out to Finlay but didn't sell the injury and just stood there. Taker was motioning to him across the ring to sell the injury but again Master just stood there. When taker got back into the ring with Master he bloodied his nose and dislocated his elbow. Master had to be taken out of the ring because he couldn't breath. Now Taker is the man but is it really fair to actually hurt someone just becasue there not selling the move? I wonder if Taker will get into trouble for that? Last edited by SMG Rules : 10-24-2007 at 05:20 PM. |

| Member of Sylar's Army ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | theres a part of me that feels that the taker wouldn't do such a thing being as how he's one of the most respected guys in the wwe and many of the younger guys somehow look up to him, but you never know nowadays. i like giving news in case some don't wanna visit all those wrestling sites. Recently released WWE superstar Booker T was interviewed by Brian Fritz in today’s edition of the Orlando Sentinel. Below are some highlights from the interview: Regarding His Suspension: "I feel that I wasn't protected by the (WWE)....I feel like I got suspended without just cause. I feel like it wasn't right, and that's the reason why I chose to leave WWE because in order to protect my reputation, I have to believe in something." The difference between RAW & SmackDown: "My time on Smackdown, it was a great run...It was beautiful, just pushing for whoever was the champion over there. We really didn't care who was the champion. There were no politics, no hassles. Then going back over to Raw, it was like a dark cloud coming over. I just knew it wasn't the place where I wanted to be. There are a whole lot of politics. You have to deal with a lot of garbage. I just knew, for my mental state, it wasn't going to be a good place." On his match with Triple H at SummerSlam: "That's where the business part comes in, the politics come in. I really feel like it should have been me and Jerry Lawler at Summerslam. I'm a professional, and I go out there and do my job. It wasn't what it could have been. I can honestly say I have never watched that match on tape because I felt like my body was out there but my mind wasn't." Booker T has made it clear that just because he is gone from WWE does need mean that he is retiring from wrestling. Most people are under the impression that he will end up in TNA as they have a high level of interest in him and have been looking for the next big name to join the company. As we reported yesterday evening, the Sci-Fi Channel has renewed ECW through the year 2008. WWE had prepared for the worst by announcing that the show would air on Wednesdays each week commercial free on WWE.com. This was a backup plan in case the series was not renewed and would give the company an outlet to broadcast the show. WWE had asked USA/NBC/Universal for a long-term extension for ECW, however, the one-year renewal was not open for negotiation. Vince McMahon of course took it, but was not happy. The firing of Kristal Marshall from WWE was a long time in the making. One source said that she would tell the writers that Teddy Long or Vickie Guerrero weren’t happy with certain storylines and when word would get back to Teddy or Vickie, they would get upset because it was not true. Kristal gained a reputation for refusing to sell beatings and always ignoring feedback. There was talk of moving Kristal to RAW since she’s dating Bobby Lashley but the plan was scrapped after Vince McMahon had enough of her. The plan back in August was for Vickie to gain power of SmackDown after Teddy Long’s “heart attack” (which has happened) and “fire” Kristal with her ending up on RAW. The firing ended up being legitimate as she is now finished with the company. Randy Orton’s brother Nate made his Mixed Martial Arts debut last week. Randy was there in person and jumped in the ring to congratulate his brother after he was victorious. Nate looks very similar to what Randy looked like when he was his age. Matt Hardy suffered a 7 inch gash last night at the SmackDown tapings in Kansas City that required 35 stitches. Hardy was giving Rey Mysterio a splash mountain when Rey's knee brace caught him in the head. Hardy was bleeding a lot and the show had to be stopped to change the mat because of the blood. At this point, his status for this weekend's Cyber Sunday is unknown. After doing a string of 1.2’s recently, last night’s edition of ECW on Sci Fi scored a 1.4 cable rating. It looks like the SmackDown stars also appearing on Tuesday’s ECW have helped the ECW rating. On Tuesday December 4th, ECW on Sci Fi will not be airing due to a mini-series marathon. Instead, ECW will be airing on Thursday, December 6th at 10 PM. This is head-to-head with the second hour of TNA iMPACT. |

| LH/FH.Com 0ld Skool ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Thanx 4 that RLm... To me it seemed Kristal fought she was someone special who had power but all along she was a nobody... To tell ya the truth i don't mind Taker taking things into his hands there is a lot of people in the WWE who don't now how to sell the injury it makes it look stupid. I remeber watching Candice V Beth a few weeks & saying dam shes selling it well that Beth is a tough SOB. ![]() |
