HARDCORE HOLLY vs. CODY RHODES Nothing great but I guess this will set the pace for the possible Tag Team formation I read about. TRIPLE H vs. VINCE MCMAHON Meh MELINA vs. MICKIE JAMES Good match but I am sick of those two going at it. Melina looked amazing tonight. JOHN CENA vs. MR. KENNEDY I dislike them both character wise but I am glad cena won. But I am amazed Kennedy tapped cleanly. Kinda kills any future feud with them. Overall raw was mixed. I was reading thru most of it but I was aware of what went on. Its been worse. |

| The Wicked One ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | It's always a treat to watch Jeff Hardy in the ring! Did anyone notice that Kennedy tapped before Cena even had the move locked in? LOL I loved the beatdown that Orton gave to Cena. However now that means Cena will win again ![]() If it really is Y2J coming back I would like to see(it won't happen) him attack Cena and cost him the title. Those two could fued and Orton could go on to fued with Triple H. |

| Ya Rly! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Looks like another "save us" promo that points to Jericho. I could've sworn I saw "bookshelves" and "actor" somewhere in there. JEFF HARDY & LONDON & KENDRICK vs. CADE & MURDOCH & SHELTON BENJAMIN Decent match, but too short. London is trying to get his old "please don't die" chants back, from the looks of it. That running London Calling was awesome. I bet he gets in trouble for it. HARDCORE HOLLY vs. CODY RHODES Meh. Cody's too vanilla right now, and Holly is, well...Holly. Who cares? TRIPLE H vs. VINCE McMAHON I really wish Vince would stop feuding with wrestlers. Just let him be the evil figurehead of his company and let him mess with everyone with minimal screentime. MARELLA AT THE MOVIES Funny stuff. I'm still digging Santino, he's just too funny. Loved it when he was grumbling as Venis came to the ring. Plus, any excuse to oggle Maria is fine by me! MELINA vs. MICKIE JAMES Good match, but it's proof that they need a larger women's roster, or at least to let them cross over between RAW and Smackdown. Torrie Wilson and Victoria have been on fire lately. They should be in the title hunt. Both ladies looked amazing (Mickie has a great body, but a face to defend it), and the post match stuff with Hornswoggle stripping Melina was funny. JOHN CENA vs. MR. KENNEDY Cena's promo about shutting "them" up was really good. Once again I have to say I don't get why everyone's so high on Mr. Kennedy. Have they just drank the kool-aid? They could still (and probably will) feud in the future. Kennedy tapping would be the best way to start it, with him wanting revenge or to prove himself or something. Overall, RAW was ok. It was actually good last week, which makes tonight more disappointing. Go Jericho, go! Last edited by Gumby : 10-02-2007 at 12:32 AM. |

| The Wicked One ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | The following is from PWInsider.com: Details are still sketchy but the word coming from backstage at the Raw taping is that WWE champion John Cena is believed to have suffered a torn right pectoral muscle during his main event match against Ken Kennedy. He is tentatively scheduled to undergo a MRI tomorrow to examine the severity of the injury. If this is real and not storyline then look for Orton win the title at No Mercy. |

| The Wicked One ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – WWE Champion John Cena has suffered a complete tear of his right pectoral tendon and is heading into surgery, according to noted orthopedic surgeon Dr. James Andrews. Because of the seriousness of the injury, WWE officials will not allow Cena to compete this Sunday at No Mercy, and he will have no choice but to surrender the title. Dr. Andrews said Cena could miss between six and eight months of action. Cena was injured during his match Monday night on Raw with Mr. Kennedy. Before visiting Dr. Andrews, Cena had said, “No matter how serious, the injury, one way or another I’ll be ready to compete on Sunday.” But despite Cena’s vow, WWE officials will not allow him to compete at No Mercy. Therefore, he must surrender the WWE Championship. WWE officials vow that there will be a WWE Championship Match this Sunday at No Mercy and a new WWE Champion will be crowned. I wonder wher the WWE will go from here? |

| Ya Rly! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I think they should have some sort of battle royal for the title at No Mercy. Then, when the winner is crowned, you have a bunch of guys who didn't win wanting the title, setting up feuds to become the next Number One Contender. At some point, a heel should become the Number One Contender, someone like Orton (though he should win) or Kennedy, and then Jericho returns to beat him. After he wins, he can turn heel himself and go after the champ. |

| Member of Sylar's Army ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | i've been hearing that jericho might make his return this sunday at no mercy. anyway just like i said many many months ago, the only way that cena was finally going to lose that belt was for him to get hurt. well looked what happened. (my curse worked wonders. hahahahahahahahaha.) they'll probably have the top contenders compete in the ring. kennedy, orton, triple h, not umaga since there's word he'll be going soon to SD. who knows. i don't want kennedy to get it nor triple h. at least not yet. for now i would go for orton. heck maybe jericho will show up and somehow get his hands on the title. you never know what can happen sometimes in the wwe. well maybe sometimes thanks to the internet. |

| Ya Rly! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I don't think Jericho should return this Sunday. They should air a couple more of those Matrix-like promos with bigger hints (actually do them on the titan-tron and interrupt promos or matches, similar to the original countdown), and then re-debut him on RAW. The roof is going to literally fly off the building when his name shows up. |

| The Wicked One ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | This has nothing to do with Raw but.....Word is Kurt Angle, the former WWE and current TNA wrestling star, was charged with DUI and careless driving after being pulled over on the afternoon of September 28. Angle was arrested at his home in Moon Township, Penn. after a witness spotted a white Cadillac Escalade driving erratically after pulling out of a local bar. The registration of that vehicle led police to Angle's home, where cops say he admitted to driving the vehicle and that he had just left the bar in question. Officers then say Angle showed "signs of intoxication," and they administered a field sobriety test, which he failed. Angle was then placed under arrest and taken to a local hospital where he refused to take a blood test. Gee I wonder why he refused to take a blood test?
