Default Thoughts on 9/3 Raw

UMAGA vs. JEFF HARDY Good match for tv, glad Hardy won. Shame Umaga is gonna be gone now :(

MARIA vs. BETH PHOENIX Nothing good

SHELTON BENJAMIN & CHARLIE HAAS vs. BRIAN KENDRICK & PAUL LONDON Good tag match, glad Kendrick/London are #1 contenders. Hopefully they win at the PPV.

CODY RHODES & MICKIE JAMES vs. JILLIAN HALL & DAIVARI Nothing great. Opening segment was cute.

TRIPLE H vs. UMAGA & CARLITO Didnt watch

I stopped watching after Rhodes/Daivari match. I was bored and didnt care to see the rest of the show.

I thought this was one of the best Raws all year. Kennedy isn't the son so I wonder who is?

London & Kendrick are ridiculously good. They should feud with Cade & Murdoch awhile before winning the titles, though. I love how Cade & Murdoch are good sports up until they beat the crap out of someone. Didn't anyone learn from the Hardy's? Charlie Haas is suspended now, which is probably why they lost.

Everything else was pretty much sucky. I do love Santino, though. His music owns.

Jillian looks like a living Barbie Doll, now. She looked better with the growth on her face.

What was so bad about it? Triple H beat up Umaga, Santino got beat up again which is always good. We didn't have to sit through another boring Cena match. The child thing at the end was a little boring but other than that it was good.

Looks like Carlito's hair violated the Wellness Policy and got suspended.

Funniest moment: Linda McMahon's rockin' music going "pump it up! Pump it up!" as she did the Old Lady Shuffle down the ramp

triple h beat the snoggins out of umaga with the sledgehammer. guess he's gone now.

stuff to know.

mark henry has signed on again with the wwe. so he's not leaving anytime soon.

simon dean was fired for various reasons one being that he was on "the list".

batista is considering taking legal action against publications that wrongfully put him in "the list". the ny times and sports illustrated. he even went as far as to ask stephanie mcmahon for advise on this.

many felt that raw seemed to be rushed tonight which is why there were mistakes done and some of the matches ended when they shouldnt. like the hardy vs umaga match. screw up happened when the lawyer messed twice during the mcmahon family segment which had bored the crowd to sleep.

more changes happen on ecw tonight with the cm punk vs morrison match. i hope its a good one. i'll be watching.

I like Umaga and I dont like how HHH has to be the person to take out a credible wrestler each and everytime that person does something wrong in real life. He always has to be the one to bury people.

Santino can be fired for all I care

Cena your right

Child thing I missed.

Still the show as a whole was a snooze.

seems that the wwe might reveal that triple h and steph are married sometime in october or novemver as part of the whole vince's kid storyline. they might as well since everyone knows they're married. has anyone heard anything about ric flair quitting the wwe? i read he had quit and that the wwe was trying to get him to reconsider. apparantly he wasn't happy with the way he was being pushed.

He should be happy he's being pushed at all. He really should stick to managing. Imagine how many young wrestlers he could teach and get over, instead of burying them by beating them up.

WHAT?? Flair doesnt bury other wrestlers. You need to watch wrestling more then. Ive seen him get pinned by many guys who never make it to the main event. Look at Kenny Dykstra? 2 or 3 pins over flair and look where he is?

Flair deserves to be pushed. He is still one of the best mic & ring performers the wwe has.

i was on another forum where they were speculating as to who it could be. especially with the clue. it could mean it's someone really tall. it could mean it's one of the high flying wrestlers. then again it could be hornswaggle (cus he's always looking up) or val venice (things always look up for him). then again they could go with a storyline where mr. kennedy fakes the documents to make it appear he's vince's son.

The PWTorch Newsletter backs up reports of Ric Flair quitting WWE in it’s newest issue. WWE management is trying to cool him off and change his mind, but there is no word on if he budging or not on his decision to leave. His frustrations manifested weeks ago, before the suspensions, in relation to issues regarding his status in the company and on TV.

If things don’t work out with WWE, it’s very possible that Flair could be offered a nice deal to be part of TNA’s two hour launch. TNA is aware of the impact that Flair could have on their ratings as they expand to two hours, although reports suggest that Spike TV is more than happy with the numbers that Impact brings in.

Flair started up his own business last year to prepare himself for life after wrestling. He still owes quite a bit of cash to the I.R.S., but the payments to them are set up to take a percentage of the money he makes and not all of the money he makes and he is said to not be under tremendous pressure to earn huge money. Flair is said to be happy with how his life is going outside of wrestling with his family and his new wife.

also teddy hart has been heard telling family members that he will be on smackdown in a few weeks. does this also mean the rest of the new hart foundation will follow too?

WWE.com has not acknowledged the tag team title change that took place this past Wednesday night with London & Kendrick beating Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch in Cape Town, South Africa. This is usually a sign that the belts will be going back, most likely on the last day of the tour, which is today at The Coca-Cola Dome in Johannesburg, South Africa.

One of the reasons a wrestler pinning Flair doesn't seem to help much is because some young guy beating up a 60 year-old man doesn't prove anything. A clean win over someone like Triple H, on the other hand...

Honestly, he shouldn't last more than a few minutes in the ring with any of the younger guys, and that includes his dirty tricks. He's too old to be seen as a credible threat. It would help the younger guy get over as a heel, anyway. But really, a feud with Flair should be mostly fought on the mic.

I agree he's great on the mic, which is why he should be a manager.
