Thoughts on 8/20 Raw

MELINA & BETH PHOENIX vs. MICKIE JAMES & CANDICE MICHELLE Not good but Candice's pin was pretty sweet. Hate her new entrance music though.

SHELTON BENJAMIN vs. CODY RHODES Cody continues to be a bore, next

CADE & MURDOCH vs. KENDRICK & LONDON Meh, boring match but good Kendrick & London got the win.

MR. KENNEDY vs. CARLITO I was actually pretty bored of this match. Stupid ending when they could have been a triple threat for SS to begin with.

JOHN CENA vs. SNITSKY Good Snitsky didnt get pinned by the all mighty cena.

Overall raw was back to the same old snorefest. Vince/Child storyline is taking too much tv time. Santino/Maria thing is boring. I just wasnt into it much tonight.

This was a really boring Raw. Other than the sexy divas there wasn't anything good.

after the show went off the air there was a dark match between cena and orton. cena won the match which has led several on various forums to believe that orton will win this sunday.

on smackdown the undertaker will return at the unforgiven ppv where he will be facing mark henry. it's believed that after this mark henry will finally leave since his contract will be ending by then. after that he's said to be facing big daddy v who they are building up on ecw and will be making the move to SD. soon after he'll be going after khali. lets just see if the taker doesn't get injured again during all this.

an ecw original chris hammrick played the fake triple h on raw last night.
on ecw marcus corvon hasn't been seen lately due to some family problems where he's had to take tare of his neices and nephews for his sister. it's not sure when he'll return but there is said to be a push for him. stevie richards is obviously getting a huge push as of late. he's been getting great reviews from some of the wwe road agents and he's on the top of the mcmahon's well liked performers. in the past he was held back because of creative differences with ecw head writer dave laguna.

johnny jeter formerly of the spirit squad defeated matt anoia (formerly rosie who was once umaga's tag team partner).

Rumor is that Ric Flair is going to retire from wrestling(in the ring) sometime soon. I think it's time that Ric does that and I would like to see him become a manager or something like that.

I dont want flair to retire. He is one of my all time favorites and still one of the better performers on tv. But I know he is old and I should be grateful he lasted this long as a ring performer.

But he would make a fantastic manager and lord knows wwe could use a mouthpiece like him for some of Vince's shitty stars.

I would be ok with FLair as GM. Teddy Long is great but he has gotten stale as GM.
