Atletico de Madrid de graveyard of futbol careers, altho so far Kun/Forlan and cia have them in second place in la liga.

It just keeps getting worse
Liverpool have been dealt a blow with the news that Fernando Torres has been ruled out of action for three weeks with an adductor injury.
A Liverpool spokesman said: "A scan this morning has shown a tear to a different adductor muscle to his original injury and we expect Fernando to be out for about three weeks.

Liverpool is slowly but surely falling out of grace and they still haven't faced strong competition away from Anfield(Chelsea/Arsenal were at home). It's too early to judge Torres but despite his stats(4 goals in 10 games) I don't think he's really stood out that much to justify the contract. Kuyt is a hardworker, but he just lacks quality and Crouch is just a decoy, if you're counting on Crouch as a reference to carry a team you're in trouble.

Most of all I think they play way to conservative which doesn't lend itself to the style of the league. For all the accolades their midfield receive, they just can't "build" a play. There's essentialy no link to their forwards resulting on lack of danger and just chances in general.

The quality of players is there, sure they don't have the talent of a Manchester or the explosiveness of Arsenal, but they could get results if they moved their lines forward, took more chances and applied pressure and tried to convert on mistakes.

You know what as a huge Reds fan i agree...
I've over Rafa & i don't think his the man to win us a title & his time is up...
As for Torres ii've liked what i've seen of him his only playeed handful of EPL games cuz Rafa doesn't start him & please don't get me started on Kuyt his **** & not a striker he will never get you goals he will lucky to score for this whole season even tho he has 2-now tho both are pens...
