Thoughts on 5/29 Raw

SHELTON BENJAMIN vs. KANE Great match, loved the reversals by Shelton. Only thing I didnt like was the "fake kane". Little to cheesy for my liking. Better be a good payoff next week. Im getting bored of this may 19th already.

VISCERA vs. UMAGA Not much to say on this, bleh. I want more of a Viscera push then Umaga.

TORRIE WILSON & BETH PHOENIX vs. VICTORIA & CANDICE MICHELLE Not a bad match, all the gals looked great, Beth was fairly impressive in the ring. She reminds me of a taller/muscular Molly Holly when she was Blonde.

JOHN CENA vs. JOHNNY NITRO Not to bad, Nice to see Nitro make his raw debut, look forward to melina going after the womens title one day.

BIG SHOW vs. EDGE Eh, wish Show would have won, but owell.

KENNY vs. TRIPLE H Ok match, only thing I can say is im SICK OF THE SPIRIT SQUAD!!

Overall raw was great I think. I loved the ECW hype thats been built. I like the Kurt Angle apperance. Good show.

So it looks like that Vince is now intentionally murdering Smackdown. In the course of a single week, they lose JBL, Chris Benoit, MNM, and now Kurt Angle.

Why would Kurt Angle go to ECW? He's supposed to hate it. Plus, his body is basically one big injury, so he's not going to be able to do any extreme matches, plus he's one of those guys that refuses to make anyone except himself look good in the ring, so he won't be a guy to breed future stars, either.

I liked the Paul Heyman/Mick Foley debate. I'm really really really REALLY sick of See No Evil, and RVD is about as intimidating as a baby duck.

Triple H is going to be so huge as a face it won't be funny. Cena is gonna have to kill puppies to turn heel.

Oh I didnt say anything about that, but I thought the same damn thing when angle was on. How in the hell is he gonna be extreme? He is great with suplexes and so on, but he cant take all the long falls from ladders, tons of tables or chair shots. One big injury is correct.

And yes, smackdown is getting shi* on more and more. There is hardly anyone left. Rey is a joke as a champ. Taker is boring anymore, Booker is great but cant carry the load, Benoit is on break. SD sucks.

kane and the fake kane. wtf. what are they getting at here? and i swear that is the taker's voice on the screen. and how much money did the wwe pay to keep these trailer for see no evil going. they're still showing up on the tv everywhere. enough with this movie. it's a bomb and no matter how much you promote it, its not going to change it.


kurt angle in ECW. i hope it's just some way for a new story angle that has kurt infiltrating or spying on ECW for vince and he's really just there to cause trouble. maybe win their title.

as for the spirit squad they are the stupidest idea that the wwe has ever come up with. when DX reforms they better send these guys to the hospital and end their careers cuz these guys are like annoying mosquitos.

looking forward to vengeance for the return of DX.
since if obvious from this vengeance poster that cena will still be champ after ECW's ppv, can anyone tell who his opponant is? although it kinda looks like kane's mask under that green D. i can't tell with the green DX spray paint all over it. and yes this is a real poster for the upcoming ppv.

And thats a interesting idea about angle, would be interesting if it turns out true.

that's who he reminded me of. lol. great so first there was that fake undertaker ted dibiasi came out with now theres a fake kane, minus the ted dibiasi.

by the way how many kane's have there really been. a friend of mine says there has been two and that the first one was let go and the replacement is the one that is currently in the wwe. after the first one left the new one came in wore the mask and eventually took it off. is this true? cuz i remember the whole different doinks there were. could they have done it again?

No, Kane is, was, and has always been played by Glen Jacobs.

The fake Kane thing is freaking stupid. All this better pay off with Kane going back to the mask and old costume.

I think DX will finally reform at Vengeance (although I think they should do it the RAW before), and maybe over time, after fighting the Spirit Squad, some of those guys turn and join DX. It'd be a good way to get some of them over as individuals. Their gimmick may be dumb, but they play it to the hilt, and they're very athletic and good in the ring.

I think Johnny Nitro is going to be punished for his backstage heat, which basically amounts to him wanting to spend more time with his girlfriend Melina than a bunch of guys. God, wrestling "backstage ethics" is so freaking stupid. Just kiss the right ass and you get away with anything, just ask JBL. It's too bad about Nitro, too. He coud be the next Shawn Michaels.

I hope Beth goes after the title and Mickie as soon as possible, she had some nice moves, all the other bimbos just suck ass
