'American Beauty' Style Question

I saw this on another site and thought it might draw some interesting comments. Obviously the author does not know that Hayden recently turned 18, so let's remove the legal question (she is 18 and legal) and concentrate on the moralistic question.

What would you do?

So you arrive home one evening after another row with the wife (who is with her lover, you assume). Hayden's had a huge row with your daughter and goes to leave. She spots you in the lounge, moping over a bottle of wine. You let her join you.

After about an hour, having advised Hayden not to marry young or take the path other young actesses tred, she makes the flattering comment of telling you 'If you were my age......' complete with knowing smile. You joke back 'You wouldn't need to ask twice', looking at her in a way you shouldn't.

She then (this 17 year old) unbuttons her shirt and lays down, like Mena Suvari's character.

What the hell do you do?

I googled her and well the answer is: I’d lick it, then I’d stick it. Anywhere she wished.

Unfonrtunately or fortunately i'm not in my 40's so i'm not faced with such a paradox.

Tell her to leave because I'm married. Then I stop acting like a faggot because odds are, my marriage is in crisis because I'm acting like a faggot.

If I wasn't married, it depends on what state I live in. In some the age of consent is 16 in others 17. So if I'm in one of those states, I'd do terrible things to her. Of course she's 18 now so it's ON.

The only moral problem here is the marriage. Her age doent make it immoral, only illegal. Legality does not = morality.
