I wouldn't consider myself addicted to masturbating and watching porn, but have you ever felt so over whelmed that it becomes a necessity?

Like a powerful craving that sometimes nothing suppresses it for at least a bit, you'll just find yourself thinking and thinking about how good it feels. Its more of when I feel stressed out I am relieved by masturbating and then feeling dirty afterwards. I want to stop, but then I don't. I've stopped for 6 months now and that didn't work my mind has trapped me in this adulterated state that womens breasts, and butt are on my mind all the time and I can't stop the feeling.
