I think it does nothing. And fyi, I just don't want that people assume stuff, which is not true. To translate my first post into some other words -- and to come back to the thread's topic -- I say, I probably would be willing to do it, if I had a girlfriend. I never really had any trouble with it. It helps if she takes care of herself down there, trims back the foliage so you can see what you're doing.

I've gone down on a woman before. Several women, multiple times, it's no big deal. It just something you're either into or not, don't let anyone make you feel bad about it. But the girls I've been with, luckily for me, have all taken care of themselves down there. So that helps, I definetly prefer it when the girl keeps it trimmed, or has a landinig strip. If she doesn't shave or trim and just lets the field run wild, I don't think I could go down on that.
