Following a brief examination, the dentist BW said:

"I can pull your aching tooth and it will take just five minutes.

Fixr asked, "How much will it cost?"

The doctor BlackWolf replied that it would cost $100.

"100 bucks for just a few minutes work?!" exclaimed Fixr.

Sneering, BW responded, "I can extract it very slowly if you like."
