Default Rate my new rims!

Well, they are not mine yet. I'm just testing them and if I like, I'll buy them.

Cup holder from England! I could ask Kate to buy this to me because she is my mummy here, but not this time!

Oh yeah ... the rims!
They are TSW Evo-R 17' with tires Yokohama 205/45.

Comments?

Nice, but sorry Val, nothing special that'd get my attention at the traffic lights.

Your car is so shiny. My old Vectra, that I miss, has not been so shiny in the last 10 years. Nor have other B-Vectras that I have seen. All suffer massively from rust.

I think that rims strike the attention mainyl because of the single screw and the even number of spokes, as most other aluminium rims have an odd number, like flowers in a nosegay. I don't know if the narrow rim design really fits to the Vectra though.

Good. That 45% ratio makes the tires look wider than they are. Don't go for wider tires, they only increase fuel consumption while not giving extra grip at all.

The car is looking good man and those rims are pretty cool. They match your car nicely.

As I told, those rims are in my car just to test them. Of course, I really loved but they are damn expensive. 2700 reais more or less 1950 dollars.
And don't know, but my engine needs a maintance first.

Then you should probably think of the engine first.

What's the point of having nice rims when you can't drive the car.

The problem with my engine are the pistons. My car overboiled in the Christmas when I went to my aunt's house. Because of that, some things inside the engine dilated and need to be exchanged. Probably the service will cost more or less the same price of the wheels.

So you better get your motor fixed first, it a lot more important.
