I posted my response on vortex. The dealership is hypocritical. If a brand new car for the dealership came off the truck damaged, the manufacturer will getting phone calls from them day in and day out about the damages done and how they should get paid for diminished value. Yet, when the dealership damages customer's car, they deny nor acknowledge the fact that the vehicle is not worth as much as it was prior to the wreck.
