Spintown Contest (with prizes)

Right now the prizes are JLH DVD's, so I'll be posting this in the JLH forum as well. Monday I'll try to find something non JLH related as an optional prize, however at the moment here's the DVD's:

Confessions Of A Sociopathic Social Climber (brand new unopened)
If Only (opened but perfect condition) (it's also not the US release but says you can watch in English or Thai)
Truth About Love (opened but perfect condition) (Korean release but can watch in English)

There are 2 ways to win:
1. Create new logos & banners for Spintown & related sites.
2. Create a new theme song for the Pain For Laughs series.

Rules For Logo & Banner:
1. Must create all needed logos & banners, not just 1.
-500x150 pixels
-400x80 pixels
-80x80 pixels
-150x115 pixels
-70x70 pixels
-75x55 pixels
-115x85 pixels
-100x100 pixels
2. Must use FFFF00 as primary color with 9900FF as secordary color. Use other colors as needed, but I suggest going to Spintown to make sure your finished product doesn't look out of place. I keep things simple....
3. Spintown has become a blog in which popular music & dance related videos are posted...the logo should reflect that in some way.
4. The name "Spintown" should obviously be displayed in an easy to read fashion.
5. Using a city or town as background or in some other fashion would be a plus, as I constantly kid that Spintown is a real town.
6. All logos & banners should follow the same theme & give a consistent look.
7. Don't use images in your logo created by someone else or used on another site.
8. Make your stuff better then everyone elses. If more then 1 person completes the task, I pick the work I like best. Second place gets nothing except a thank you.
9. Nothing offensive, please keep it PGish.

Rules For Song:
1. Needs to be 15-20 seconds (that's not too long).
2. Original lyrics & music.
3. Most of the Pain For Laughs videos can be found here at Metacafe & here at Putfile. Make sure the theme fits the videos, but without using cursing or offensive lyrics.

I know the it's not the greatest of prizes, but I can't afford much. If you write a theme you'll be credited in every video it's used in. If you make the logos you'll be thanked at Spintown, and I'll link to your website for 1 year. (as long as it doesn't contain offensive material)
