You're kidding, right? These lists are massive. Especially Civil War with the Road to Civil War, Civil War proper and Civil War tie-ins.

Planet Hulk.

Uhhh...the entire Marvel catalogue since the last issue of WWH.

Basically Wikipedia for all of your questions.

the events leading up to civil war go all the way back to "secret war" (no not that one)

go to any major comic board. im sure they can help with idividual relevant issues.

If you don't know what books are part of it, how do you know if any list you see is accurate? In any case, Wikipedia lists them all like we said.

No, because they really went overboard with those books and there are way too many. You know, you should all just pick up Civil War Chronicles. Makes life easier.

I know. That's why I thought I would ask here first. Guess I'll just use Wikipedia for listings. Again thanks for the help, Spoon.

I knew that it went a good ways back, just wasn't sure exactly how far back. Same goes for after the events of Civil War.

Better catch up, 'cause they're doing it all over again with Secret Invasion. And apparently the invasion goes all the way back to the first appearance of the Skrulls in the 1960s.

Time to release a Fantastic Four omnibus, Marvel.

I'm down to about two comics every couple of months. Those being AllStar Superman and the Authority, I mean the Ultimates.

Ennis kind of jumped the shark a while ago.
Who else?
Frank Miller has blown his headfuse.
Alan Moore has abandoned comics for the black arts.
Hernandez bros are still okay I guess, but just okay.
Dan Clowes and Chris Ware have revealed themselves to be unfixably stunted.

I wish Grant Morrison and Frank Quitely were independently wealthy millionaire playboys. And they had robot duplicates to speed up their production

Doesn't anyone pine for the 80's? Those were better times...

Yes, the 80's was pretty good for comics. I remember a time when Chris Claremont was a name you'd like to see on an X-Men comic, and when Frank Miller didn't have a whole lot to make his head so big just yet.
