LOL Yeah, it's just make-up. There was a big build-up for it on Gackt's Staff Blog. I think one of Gackt's dancers (his name is Kazuya -- I think he's part of Chimaera Crew, the same independent hip hop/breakdancing dance group that most of the rest of Gackt's dancers are in) is going to be an extra in Bunraku because he's been doing a lot of the staff blog posts from Romania.

The translation that someone (
Amaiakuyume) supplied just said "This is his injured hand." Not sure if it was real or not. But he did say that Gackt's face wasn't pictured because he was all made up to look injured, and that they might post a photo... either if the number of comments tripled or if the number of comments hit three digits. There's some debate over which.
They DID hit three digits, but instead of Gackt's face, we got an apologetic Kazuya instead:
Given that the photos were taken by Gackt, it's possible that the hair and make-up were part of some kind of punishment on Gackt's part as well. XD It would be par for the course.
Anyway, Kazuya said that Gackt wanted a minimum of two hundred comments first... and he got them! So we got a photo of Gackt's face finally. =D
