I saw that daily clip from Gone. I don't remember where though.

If I remember correctly it is after Spike takes his lighter in her pocket when the two of them are near the door after the social worker left. She tells him to leave and Spike turns, goes to get his blanket and leaves the room. After they say cut, we see Sarah walk like he did when he goes to get the blanket.
