might i ask what image hoster you used to host the images. imagevenue? imageshack, etc? as stated already, it seems you used a hoster that had adult ads on it. i'm thinking it was ads. when i viewed the images i didn't get any adult material pop up. it might depend on the person's computer. i notice that some hosters will actually put ads that include the name of the town i live in. they get info off of the pc, i hate that. try again using a safe host.
