We haven't been accepting new applications recently because we're building a new, better fan site hosting platform which will launch shortly. But, if you already know how to build a fan site (i.e. using Wordpress or CuteNews and Coppermine photo gallery) then perhaps we can work something out now - please send me a PM with the details of what you're looking to do.
