double-breasted shirt reminiscent of cowboys in tons of Western films. It looks like Gackt is wearing a yukata (an informal, light-weight kimono) and, judging by the fabric beneath his left sleeve, he
might be wearing a traditional
hakama, which are voluminous and impressive trousers traditionally worn by samurai and, farther back in history, noblewomen. Nowadays it's mostly just worn in martial arts and by people with traditional jobs like Shinto shrine attendants.
