Snow says she decided to make her struggle with anorexia public after two of her friends died from an eating disorder. "I was devastated," she says. "I have so many girlfriends who are not even in Hollywood who struggle with eating disorders — Sophia and Amanda [Bynes] are the only two people I know who are happy with their bodies."
