According to the site I got these from, her name is Kay Panabaker,

She is the sister of (and somewhat resembles) Danielle Panabaker, who appears on a TV show called "Shark" with James Woods -- don't know if that one, an LA-based legal/crime show, is showing in the UK or elsewhere.
