I've watched movies with a 2.0 rating on IMDb and I loved them. And I've also watched movies with a 9.0 rating and I hated them. So you can't always go by the numbers. What matters more... what other people think? or what you think?
Now, I'll admit, the movies she has done don't have such a large audience. And I don't think those types of movies are really popular amongst critics and probably the majority of movie-watchers in general. That's what I think hurts the ratings. Her movies are geared towards a small/specific audience.
Even though Lovewrecked got bad reviews... it's still my favorite Amanda film so far. I really don't care what other people think though. Not everyone has the same taste.
I think now that Amanda is getting older she will start to move towards those other type of movies that have a larger audience, which will most likely get better ratings.
If you go on IMDb and look up some of your favorite actors, you will see that the first several movies they have done are all low-rated, low-buget films. Amanda's movie career has really only just begun. I'm sure she will get better roles in better films as she gets older.
So look out for the future!
