A lot of TV actors do movies on the side. So if she does sign up for a TV show I don't think that would stop her from making movies. I think she did What A Girl Wants, Robots, Lovewrecked and She's The Man all while she was still doing WILAY. So yeah, she could definitely do it. And it would be GREAT for all her fans!
Out of all your ideas I would prefer seeing her in a new show rather than joining an existing show. If she does do a new TV show I'm betting it would be some type of comedy. Although I'd like to see her in more dramatic type of series as I usually like those the best. But I don't think that's her style.
