Rory, on the admin panel there's a section to manage site info, name, contact details etc. If you can get into that you'll find the setting for email contact addy. If
webmaster@fanhost.com doesn't work, which if Casey is getting an error would seem to be the case, then maybe reset it to Marc's email or another he'd like things to go to.
