Nope! The one I own is a 12" figure looking exactly like the Buffy on the right, with identical weapons and coat, etc.

(I also own Sideshow's Prophecy Girl and Vamp Buffy) I just read the full blurb of your first link: It talks about adding these items in 2004. Hmmmm...think the link might be outdated?
