Wow. I dont know if I can take the guys side on this one. Common sense tells you its not your money, therefore it has to be someones. If this guy really made a serious effort, a few phone calls, an e-mail, a letter, then I would put the bank totally at fault. But taking 2 million because of some tellers mistake is still stealing, if you know it’s a mistake you have some obligations.
