About the kissing incident in Enemies, I think it shows Eliza being 'method' as she puts it, and also being excited about kissing him, I mean who wouldn't be, he's gorgeous.
I'm sure they're just friends. Just sayin they would have made a hot couple.
There is however an interview (Keeping the Faith) in which she described her relationship and chemistry with SMG and how Sarah would tell her:
"you can't hook up with these hot guys. We work with them. You cannot hook up with our costars."
Knowing Eliza I bet she flirted a lot with those 'hot' guys!
Eliza and David are the hottest two, and the reasons why I watched Buffy/Angel.
