Out of all the interpretations of Dylan, it's not surprising a woman would deliver the best personification... also funny on the irony, that Bob thought women couldn't be "poets". I'd prefer to think that both sexes should be in awe of the other's ability to do much of anything. And where would Bob be without Victoria Secret indirectly contributing to his addictions HA!. Makes me wonder.
