Thread hi-jacked!

I've had the misfortune of being invited by a colleague when I worked at a college in mid January of 2001. My first time. The "fries" are horrid. Thin and bland, no taste whatsoever. Might as well make them out of compressed sawdust.

The size of the burger is well proportioned, but since us Americans want bigger things, people buy more than just one. Have you seen those burgers from Carl's Jr.? It makes me sick just to look at one. Just one can feed a family of four.

The best burger I've had the pleasure of sinking my teeth into is from a local diner called "Dino's Burger", it's owned by a Greek family. Moshe, you wouldn't be caught dead eating there, neither would I, but their burger and Chicken plate is so addicting. Marinated chicken, the spices... to die for. (order for takeaway only)

And it's true, it's a small patch of ghetto, 2 of the biggest gangs in the U.S. roam there: MS-13 and Eighteen St., but the chicken's worth it.

[on topic:] My colleague only wore a tie once to work.
