I know there are no reviews for it on amazon (I was going to write one this week then got lazy) so yeah you have to trust me. BUt most buddhist books end up in my dustbin. This is so much better. He doesn't write any rubbish about re-incarnation or "existence = suffering". It's just some very practical and warm-hearted advice. |
