Yeah, I thought the same thing myself, Tash! I see she's with brother Nate, and the only thing I can figure is she must have put her hair up later in the evening, because here is a another view of her from the same party with her hair down!
She looks a little tired in the first view, I'm guessing she was partying very hearty!
