Hi Hermionegrl
You're probably referring to the new fansite hosting features - I see that you've signed up for a site.
To update/run the site, you need to be familiar with how to use FTP. Sign into the webmaster console at
http://www.fanhost.com/account.php?t=viewsites, select your site, and you will see the FTP login information there.
Download
WinSCP or
FireFTP (for Firefox) to upload files to your site.
You need to be familiar with HTML as well in order to build the sites - you have to actually write the HTML yourself (design the layout, plug in the tools such as CuteNews and Coppermine Gallery).
