And I decided that whatever the crew could raise, a couple of the actors and producers would match it. I'd go up to the extras and say, "Look, you're working on the show today. You're getting your coffee for free, so give me the $3 you spend at Starbucks every day." After one month, we raised $60,000 to help buy Christmas presents for all the women and children who lost their husbands and partners in the blaze. And it was amazing to see on that little scale what difference we can make.
